ABOUT
I’m Janick – an industrial designer based in Munich, working somewhere between design,
art, and making. With a background in carpentry, I learned to understand ideas through
materials, tools, and construction. Today, that hands-on approach has grown into a
broader design practice, moving between objects, installations, digital experiments,
and research.
I’m interested in what happens when making becomes a way of thinking: when an object
can question something, a material can carry a story, or a simple interaction can
change how we see the familiar. My projects often start with
curiosity
and end somewhere between the functional and the speculative, the physical and the
digital, the serious and the
playfulness.
I make things to understand things.
